& Somatic Weekend

Join us for a restorative weekend built on the latest insights from neuroscience, mindfulness research, and somatic therapy. Through gentle pranayama, somatic movement, and science-based mindfulness practices, you’ll learn how to shift your physiology out of stress and back into calm, clarity, and ease.

A Connected Breathing Journey: A breath-led session designed to unwind tension and reconnect you with your inner world, supported by a softly ascending chakra-inspired soundscape that guides you into the hidden, luminous places within your breath.
Somatic Exploration for Emotional & Energetic Clarity:
Body-centered inner practices that help you sense, recognize, and gently unwind what your system has been holding — from patterned tension to emotion, creating space for natural reset and ease.
Simple Sacred Ritual & Meaningful Reflection: Accessible ritual and guided reflection that deepen your connection to intention, meaning, and your own inner experience.
What You’ll Bring Home:

Two-Week Integration Circle:
A couple of weeks after the immersion, we’ll gather again online for a live integration circle, a space to reconnect, reflect, and revisit the breath and somatic tools you’ve been exploring. It’s a gentle way to check in with yourself, share what’s unfolding, and anchor the practices so they become part of your everyday life.
